COVID-19 is sweeping through China as the infection rate has risen dramatically and the supply chain is at high risk of bottlenecks.

As reported by SKY News, Shanghai is battling with soaring numbers of COVID-infected people, with currently about 5.43 million positive cases in the city and an estimated 12.5 million infected by the end of the year.

The news comes as China has scrapped its zero-COVID policy only a couple of weeks ago.
